On 13 January 1913 a group of Brisbane spiritualists received certificate No. 409. This is where it began.
The church began on 13 January 1913, when a group of spiritualists meeting as the Brisbane Queensland Lyceum received certificate No. 409, certifying that they were duly enrolled in the British Spiritualists' Lyceum Union in accordance with the constitution of that body.
More than a century later we still gather each week in the same spirit of enquiry and fellowship.
